NIVRA Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom or personalized products, personal care items including beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, discounted items marked non-refundable, or gift cards.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@107gift.com with your order number and item details. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours of verification. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product first, then place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact info@107gift.com.
Ordered the Wrong Item or Don’t Need It?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel within 3 hours for a full refund by contacting customer service. After shipment, you may refuse delivery and return the unopened item, subject to approval for a refund. Orders are fulfilled within 3 to 6 hours, so cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours of ordering.
Missing Items in Your Order
If any items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@107gift.com , providing your order number and the missing item name. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours of verification.
Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues
We rely on the accuracy of the address provided at checkout and cannot change it after purchase. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, contact us for assistance placing a discounted replacement order. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information, and extra charges may apply.
Concerns Over Ingredients
All product ingredients are listed on our website. Unopened products can be returned at your expense for a refund or exchange. Refunds will not be granted due to medical conditions; please consult your doctor before purchase.
Lack of Desired Effects
We recommend using the product for 120 days as instructed. If you do not observe the desired results, you may request a refund or a replacement product, with replacement preferred. To qualify for a refund, provide time-stamped photos before use and at 30, 60, and 120 days within 24 hours of your refund request.
Experiencing Discomfort
Mild irritation or oiliness can occur. Contact customer service for guidance. If issues persist, return the unused and remaining product for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items and Fees
Shipping fees after dispatch, expedited shipping fees, package loss warranty, priority order processing fees, prepaid gift cards, and any item marked non-refundable on the site are non-refundable.
Special Circumstance Restocking Fee
Refunds granted under special circumstances may incur a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refunded amount.
Unauthorized Returns
All returns require prior approval. Returns sent without authorization are not eligible for a refund.
International Returns
Customers outside the USA must contact customer service for return instructions.
